Awakening Youth Identities

Adolescence and Young adulthood are periods of extensive exploration of identity. It is a moment when values begin to solidify with internal and external forces playing with and at times against each other. Saffron Global Health works with youth to explore their awakening identities to create confidence to make fulfilling choices for today and the future.

This interactive workshop explores the multiple dimensions of our identities and how we navigate through the world with them and problem solve. It includes discovering:

· You through multiple lenses

· You as a stereotype and categorising others

· The meaning of colour

· Understanding the other

· Belonging

· Collaborative problem solving on issues of identity and power
